      <title>Unable to Open PIXMA TR8620a to Clear Paper Jam</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The rear paper support is jammed and does not come all the way out to access the rear cover to remove paper jam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get the paper support to open?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also, it says no paper in cassette. But there is and loaded properly. Every time you print a piece of paper gets stuck and can be removed from the front. Not happy with this unit I have had for one month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
