      <title>pixma tr8620 stopped printing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, our first tr8620 stopped feeding paper from the bottom and Canon replaced it.&amp;nbsp; after about 2 months this new printer suddenly stopped printing.&amp;nbsp; the computer sees the printer and says it has started printing but nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; this happens if I try to print from Word or the internet.&amp;nbsp; The funny thing is that if I try something like print head alignment, it prints fine.&amp;nbsp; I have reinstalled all the softward and drivers but nothing has helped.&amp;nbsp; can someone please help me, thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for responding.&amp;nbsp; I did and Canon has sent me my third printer as they agreed that the first one they replaced was defective.&amp;nbsp; The new printer connected to all my computers with no problem.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully this is the end to my problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
