topic PIXMA MG6220 Won't Print from New Cyan Cartridge in Desktop Inkjet Printers

My blue ink ran out, I continued printing black and white for a couple days. Now I've replaced the blue cartridge, but the blue is not printing. I even put a different blue cartridge in thinking that might be the problem. Still not printing blue. I've turned it off for a while, still no blue. I've taken the cartridge in and out a few times. What's the issue? What do I need to do?
