Whenever I try to print, either from my PC laptop or Mac, the print job appears in the queue for about 5 seconds, and then disappears, but nothing prints. I tried resetting the printer on my Mac, and then clicked "find this printer", at which time the printer made a ding noise (it was found).&nbsp;</P><P>I'm so frustrated and can't find the answer online.
