PIXMA MX470 Only Print 20% of Page

My MX470 printer only prints 20% of the page and then spits out the paper without the rest of the page printed. What do I need to do to fix this?

I have two laptops and one is Windows 11 (Dell XPS) that I purchased a few months ago and a Dell Inspiron that is 5 to 7 years old that is running Windows 10. Both are having the same issue.

Hi,

Please uninstall the printer and then restart your computer. After the restart, please click HERE to download and install the printer again. Once the printer is installed, please try to print again.
