Wireless PIXMA MX452 Acknowledges Connection But Laptop Unable to Give Commands (??)

Have an MX 452 Canon Printer , I had my HP Laptop cleaned out due to a host of problems with Windows 11 and Windows 10 which came with HP Laptop when purchased was Reinstalled.. Put Modem PW back in the Printer and Printer acknowledged connection to ISP.. But Laptop still can't find Printer , went to Laptop settings and under Canon Printer it says Driver Unavailable (??) Help & Advice Appreciated, Cheers Thanks

Hi,

While there is no Windows 11 driver, you can try reinstalling the Windows 10 driver to see if the printer will connect/install. Please click the link below to download and install the driver:

Driver: mp68-win-mx450-1_01-ea32_2.exe

If the printer is not detected, you will need to get the IP address of your printer. Please click HERE for the steps to print the network settings directly from the printer.

Once it prints, open a web browser on your computer, and in the address bar, please type the IP Address on the configuration page into the address bar. Next, tap Go or Enter to access the page. Are you able to see the printer's remote interface?
