Pixma ix6850 will not load paper

Hi, my Pixma ix6850 had suddenly stopped loading paper from the feeder tray. It always starts and then gets stuck almost immdiately - it looks as if it is going into the feeder wonky, with the right hand side (me facing the printer) going in first.

I have tried different types of paper and have tried clearning the rollers several times, but nothing helps.

Be grateful for any thoughts.
