The PIXMA TS6420 is capable of printing in color, that is the purpose of the color ink cartridge inside of your printer.

Please perform a test of your PIXMA TS6420. Load a sheet of plain paper and then follow these steps:

1. Press the OK button one time.

2. Select Maintenance and press OK.

3. Select Nozzle Check and press OK.

4. Select Yes and press OK.

A test page will print.
