    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon&amp;nbsp; TS8220, printer and scanner all in one.&amp;nbsp; Have had it since Dec 2019.&amp;nbsp; Up until recently it worked wonderful, and some days it still does.&amp;nbsp; It prints from computer or phone fine.&amp;nbsp; Using the scanning feature to send to computer works fine too.&amp;nbsp; Its only when I scan a document to just make a copy without using the computer it has an issue from time to time.&amp;nbsp; I use the preview option and it shows that it scanned half the document correctly while the other half is solid black.&amp;nbsp; I have cleaned the glass top, I keep a piece of onion skin type paper on it for scratch prevention, and it gives me no trouble.&amp;nbsp; My document is always flat, no folds etc.&amp;nbsp; I have tried turning it off and on.&amp;nbsp; Unplugging power and plugging back in.&amp;nbsp; Both of these on the days it acts up, and it still scans the same.&amp;nbsp; But the next day, it will work fine.&amp;nbsp; I have it on a level surface.&amp;nbsp; No one is allowed to touch it but me, so its not abused in any way..&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any ideas?
