      <description>&lt;P&gt;paper is jammed in the cassette (upper)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;remove the paper from the following locations and press ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;paper output slot&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;transport unit on the rear side&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing in the output tray.&amp;nbsp; How do i get to the rear transport unit?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has gone completely inside at this point.&amp;nbsp; Cannot see it from any angle.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the answers.&amp;nbsp; Found the back opening and removed paper from there.&amp;nbsp; working fine now.&amp;nbsp; Did not realize it had a back opening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
