To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://mycanon.usa.canon.com" target="_self"&gt;https://mycanon.usa.canon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If your PIXMA iX6820 is out of warranty, you are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have the exact same problem something fell inside and i had to remove it and cant get the spring back on without dismantling the the entire printer how does the upgrade process work is it still valid? will the upgraded model allow access to remove things that fall inside the feed tray ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
