topic Print stuck in queue after reboot.... in Desktop Inkjet Printers

Hello,

I just installed a PIXMA TS 3350 printer on a new computer with Windows 11.

Everything works fine.

I installed the canon driver for Windows 11, plugged the printer (in USB). The printer is recognized and works. I can print.

But after a computer restart, the printer is still recognized, the scan function works (from the computer), but no printing is possible. Any printing remains "stuck" in the queue.

Only uninstalling/reinstalling the driver solves the problem.... until the next startup!

I am going crazy! I tried several USB ports: 2.0, 3.0, 3.1...

The printer (and the cable) work without problems on another computer (Windows 10).

Thanks for your advice!
