    <description>&lt;P&gt;Whenever I try to print on my MX492, there are loud clicking noises followed by the paper jamming all the way in the back of the printer. It's far enough back that I can't get to it from the tray, but no part of the paper makes it to the print head either. The error code displayed is 1300.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
