      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have not had this printer very long at all.&amp;nbsp; Now most of the time we try to print, the printing starts to low on the paper so that some of the printing is lost.&amp;nbsp; does anyone know why this is happening and a solution?&amp;nbsp; As it turns out, when using the back feed it works fine, but when printing from the bottom it is like it starts early as if there is no margin set.&amp;nbsp; thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
