Ink spot is showing up on every page, in the same spot.

I have the G6020, there is a small ink spot showing up, in the same spot, on every page. Any idea how to fix this?

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What application are you printing from?

What is the paper size that you are using?

What is the paper type that you are using?

What is the type of file (JPG, PDF, DOC, etc) that you are printing?
