    <description>&lt;P&gt;The firmware update resolved the issue with the printer cycling.&amp;nbsp; However, since applying the update using a USB cable, my printer will not print from my wireless network despite showing that it is connected to the network.&amp;nbsp; This is very frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We also have a Series TR4500 printer that was not affected by the firmware debacle.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
