MX490 Printer Will Not Print After Firmware Update

The firmware update resolved the issue with the printer cycling. However, since applying the update using a USB cable, my printer will not print from my wireless network despite showing that it is connected to the network. This is very frustrating.

We also have a Series TR4500 printer that was not affected by the firmware debacle.

Please advise.
