      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Arthur. I have the latest driver installed. I am getting a message from Microsoft saying that I have not signed in recently I guess to Office? I also installed a non-Pixma black ink. Have ordered a Pixma version and waiting for it to arrive to see if that is the cause of the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
