      <title>Pixma MX492</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Started having problems with my printer yesterday it was stuck in reboot mode..&amp;nbsp; Called Canon, claimed I was the first call they gotten about this error that they were not aware.&amp;nbsp; Meanwhile, there forum reports hundreds if not thousands of customers complaining about exact same issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Got home from work today around 6pm EST.&amp;nbsp; Spent 2 hours on hold (that was hold time)&amp;nbsp; At exactly 8pm, phone cut off.&amp;nbsp; Called back and was told tech support closed at 8pm I need to call back tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; How convenient at exactly the time they close my phone call gets disconnected.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
