topic CANON MG5750 in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I am totally new to this and not sure what location to post it in, I am using a Canon MG5750 Printer which is quite old and it seems this model has been discontinued, I have some unopened ink to use and don't think it is worth having printer fixed so I am looking for an alternative that takes the same ink, has the same functions and as I connect to my computer by usb has the same way to connect, if it makes any difference I live in Ireland
