    <description>&lt;P&gt;After my original request which was submitted two years ago, I still have not able to find a solution other than bought a HP all-in-one printer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I guess I'll start purchasing HP instead of Canon for my scanning/printing needs since I lost faith in them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still haven't received a response or able to troubleshoot this issue since 10/11/2020.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; I am trying to digitize some letter size documents but I keep getting a black thick block vertical perfectly lline always at the edge/end cutting off my document (SEE PICTURE BELOW).&amp;nbsp; Is there anyway to correct this?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/25386i99C85E62ACE122EE/image-size/small?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Vertical Scan Line" title="Vertical Scan Line" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
