      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now going on 4 days! &amp;nbsp; This issue affects a great deal of consumers, not just one particular model. &amp;nbsp;I used to think of Canon as the gold standard in printers. &amp;nbsp;Now I have to be a computer programmer to "fix" the issue. &amp;nbsp;That's ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
