    <description>&lt;P&gt;Wanted to add: printer is now "offline" after being coded as "error". Frustrating because the printer worked fine on my new laptop, then docs were stuck in Q, cleared them after working on it several times, and still won't print. Installed and reinstalled printer. Drivers up to date. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have Win 10; installed printer and it worked for a short time. Have had printer for 2 years. Then docs got stuck in Q. Struggled to remove docs and finally cleared. Still won't print. Says "error" in Windows - nothing on printer itself - no flashing, etc. I uninstalled and installed. Drivers are up to date. Still won't print. Low to average tech ability and need help, please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
