    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cleaned and deep-cleaned the heads. I doubt it's a software issue or it would have copied fine, no?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The test page printed fine, with all colors present, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Lopato,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In regards to this issue, it would be faster to contact us.&amp;nbsp; Before you do though, please verify that the test page that you printed is correct.&amp;nbsp; Please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;HOME&amp;gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Rotate the menu to Settings and press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt; on Maintenance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt; on Nozzle Check Pattern.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Press &amp;lt;OK&amp;gt; on Yes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Nozzle Check will print.&amp;nbsp; Please compare your printout to the example that has been attached below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/5617i6E52C04D59ABD59F/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" align="middle" title="MP560 Nozzle Check.jpg" border="0" alt="MP560 Nozzle Check.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For further assistance, please contact our support group using the following link:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
