      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Danny,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This printer has always functioned very well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to print a PDF document on my Windows 10 desktop.&amp;nbsp; I keep getting a message that says it cannot print because print preview is not working. There is no error number.&amp;nbsp; I have tried turning off print preview in printer preference which did not change anything.&amp;nbsp; I was resent the document in Word which resulted in unreadable symbols.&amp;nbsp; Same when sent as Word from an Apple computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have searched the manual as best as possible.&amp;nbsp; An exercise in futility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is an old printer.&amp;nbsp; Version 2.90.&amp;nbsp; CANON INC.&amp;nbsp; 2000-2015&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help.&amp;nbsp; Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Judy&lt;/P&gt;</description>
