Mine just started doing this too and i need to be able to print for school. I can't get into the settings to try to see if it's having a network issue. it is just continuously turning off and back on. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in with no change.

same issue here - MX490 keeps on rebooting. I did block the printer on my wifi router but still has the same problem.
