error code 4103 when photo paper is checked.

I purchased a new Pixma TS3520 printer. It will not print when photo paper is checked and shows error code 4103. If I check plain paper.it will print.

What is the size of photo paper that you are printing on?

What is the type of photo paper that you are printing on?

Are you attempting to print borderlessly?

What version of Windows are you using?

If you are using a Mac, what version of OSX is installed?

What program are you using to print your images?

I'm using 8 1/2 X 11 Epson Glossy Photo Paper for inkjet printers. printing with a border and I have Windows 10. I'm using the Canon download for the printing.

I for got to mention that if I select print with the Glossy photo Paper selected it will automatically switch the size of the paper to 4 X 6 and print from the 81/2 X 11.
