    <description>&lt;P&gt;Blue ink is not appearing when printing.&amp;nbsp; I've done a general print head cleaning and a deep print head cleaning and still nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have plenty of ink.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
