    <description>&lt;P&gt;My desktop PC (Windows XP (SP3) and laptop (Vista) have both stopped "seeing" my iP4950, telling me that it is "offline". The printer is correctly connected and switched on. I have tried two different USB leads and I have tried to re-install the driver (the installation failed because the computer could not detect the printer!). Any suggestions as to what is wrong and how to fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
