    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just dealt with this problem with a friend yesterday. It took 5 deep cleanings, but he did get the PGBK channel to work. If you have tried several deep cleanings and it hasn't cleared the head then:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. remove the PGBK cartridge and see if it will transfer ink from the bottom port to a paper towel (to check if maybe the cartridge is plugged).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. if that doesn't work then head is likely the problem.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently experienced blank pages whenever printing anything, typically e-mails or vendor receipts.&amp;nbsp; Per responses to other similar posts, I have printed the nozzle check pattern and cleaned the print heads, but it hasn't resolved the problem. When printing the nozzle check pattern, the top row (PGBK) is blank.&amp;nbsp; The PGBK cartridge is relatively new so is full.&amp;nbsp; What do you recommend?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
