I have a Pixma TS8220 and cannot get the rear tray to print after matching paper type to tray. Have tried all variable settings in the print dialog box. Always defalts to cassette. Ideas? Thnx. Richz

Hi richz,

If you are using a Mac, you can select the Rear Tray from the Feed From drop down box:

If you are using Windows, you can select Rear Tray from the Paper source box of the printer driver:

I have the same problem ... select rear tray is not available.

I am using Debian Linux ... who can I communicate with to get the rear tray Enabled ?
