We did love our canon until this. It's been outta commission for a couple weeks now and we need a printer desperately. We would love to get a new one from canon but can't afford to get one. Can you please help us the same way you helped zanne1950 on this site by giving us a new printer? We were recommending canon to everybody we know including business people but we won't recommend them anymore if we don't get satisfaction.
