      <title>PIXMA MX510 prints but has stopped scanning</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PIXMA MX510 has suddenly stopped scanning but I can still use it for printing. I have Windows 10 and the printer is connected by USB cable. Any ideas why this is happening or how I can fix it? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say "suddenly stopped" do you mean without any changes to your computer, like operating system updates?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes. Everything was working fine until a couple days. My PC still recognizes the printer to print but when I start the Canon software to scan, it no longer scans the pages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
