    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you checked the network settings of the printer and it shows that it's connected to your network then the issues is the computer not communicating with the printer. This could be a driver issue and removing/reinstalling the printer driver should resolve the issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it does not,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;recommend to have this issue looked at by our support team.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Canon does have a chat team that would be happy to assist you with this issue.
