    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can try holding the stop button down on the printer for 5 seconds then release it. If that does not resolve the issue,&amp;nbsp;I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the ink cartridge is still not detected, there may be a issue with the cartridge or the sensor in the printer.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Its a Canon Fine Cartridge 245 Black&amp;nbsp; (2719G02).&amp;nbsp; The person I bought the printer from does not recall where he purchased the cartridge.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
