have Pixma MP 620 printer, works perfectly on Dell Inspirion, but drivers will not install on new Asus.

. have mfgr dvd, have avatar on Printers and Devices on screen, but printer will not work

upgraded to Windows 8.1, but did not work before that, unit bought on May 23, so not very old
