    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem. I did all the shut downs, resets, checked for paper jambs and nothing worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is what did work. I removed all ink cartridges, closed the cover to allow the machine to reset and give the no-ink warning (no 6A00 error). I then opened the cover, put all the same ink cartridges back in its place. The printer reset as normal...it now prints fine, with no errors.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My PIXMA MX850 has an error code 6A00 and I can't get it to reset. I turned it off. unplugged it and removed the data cable for 15 minutes plus. this started with a paper jam in the auto feed, but I removed the paper and there are no torn pieces.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anyone suggest another resolution to try?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
