    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi bevitty,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Replacing the color ink cartridge and then performing one or two cleanings should have gotten blue to print from your PIXMA MG2920.&amp;nbsp; Because it did not , your PIXMA MG2920 would require service.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you would like to take part in this option, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Monday through Saturday, 9am to 9pm.       <title>Blue won't print, even with brand new ink cartridge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have a MG2920 inkjet printer that I bought back in 2015, which has always worked fine, but suddenly it's started having trouble printing blue.&amp;nbsp; At first the blue was streaky, but the ink was low in the cartridge so I went ahead and changed it out with a brand new one, but instead of fixing the problem, it got worse.&amp;nbsp; Now I can't get any blue to print at all.&amp;nbsp; I tried the Cleaning option under Maintenance, then Deep Cleaning, to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Then I watched a YouTube video on how to unclog print heads and tried that, and when I blot it against a paper towel I can see all three colors, but when I try to print, there's no blue whatsoever.&amp;nbsp; Is there a part inside the printer itself that I can remove and/or clean somehow?&amp;nbsp; Thanks for any and all help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
