      <title>Pixma 3620: no black ink will come out after installing new cartridge</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, recently our printer ran out of black ink and we replaced the cartridge. Now no black ink will come out at all. I have tried several different new cartridges. Same result. The color cartridge is low, but still works. If I do a nozzle check, all the colors show up, but no black. I have tried a several cleanings and a deep cleaning of the black head. Nozzle check also prints only colors and no black.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They are LD cartridges. It says, compatible with Canon PG-240, PG-240XL, PG-240XXL. They were purchased from 4inkjets.com. Are you wanting the serial numbers of each of the three cartridges I tried?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
