    <description>&lt;P&gt;Arthur, i am not using the IJ Utility.&amp;nbsp; I'm scanning directly from the printer.&amp;nbsp; Strangely, though, I have just found most of the pictures under the Documents tab and not the Pictures tab. I can move them to the Pictures tab.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PIXMA TR 8520 and I'm scanning a photo into my laptop operating on Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; For some reason it will now only scan as a PDF.&amp;nbsp; It used to scan as a jpg which is what i need.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you scanning directly from the printer or using IJ Scan Utility on the laptop. If you are using IJ Scan Utility, select the photo option from the menu and the program will save the scan in the jpeg format.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Did this answer your question?
