Problems with PIXMA MX922 Leaving Streaks On One Side of Paper

My PIXMA MX922 is leaving a streak along the right side of each page when feeding from the top automatic feeder. I have cleaned the roller on the top feeder and did the roller cleaning from the maintenance menu but I still get the streak on the right side of the paper when fed from the top feeder. It does not leave the streak when I place the document on the printer and do not use the top feeder. I cleaned the rollers that are showing on the top feeder but would like to know if other steps I can take to fix the problem. I'm thinking it may have rollers that are hidden that need to be cleaned. TIA for the help.

Hi dorr,

When you state that you are loading paper in the "top automatic feeder", are you referring to the upper cassette? The upper cassette is labeled "E" in the image below.

The streak that appears, is it during copying? Or during printing?
