    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi flygaljan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Turn your PIXMA MX922 on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Press the COPY button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Press the button below Print Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. The first setting is Magnif. Using the left or right arrows, select "Same size".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. Press the down arrow one time to select Intensity. Use the left or right arrows, select "0".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Press OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press the Color or Black Start button to begin copying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pixma MX922 printer- problem making copies</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;the copy button is illuminated. I am trying to make a copy thru the top feeder, and also tried lifting top and placing face down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get a message that says document cannot be scanned from ADF when setting auto intensity or fit to page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have never had this issue before. I am not trying to scan. Again, copy is lit up, not scan. And then I hat black and white and the machine is giving this message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;frustrated&lt;/P&gt;</description>
