There was no possibility that paper could be removed via the front of the printer. Jameson from Canon Support sent me a link, problem was solved by removing the back plate, thanks Jameson.

My MX926 926 has picked up two sheets of paper and is lammed tight, too tight to pull through. Is there another way?

Thanks

Greetings,

Since paper types can vary greatly and be affected by the date of manufacture and storage, I recommend fanning pages before loading them into the tray. This often resolves feeding issues and helps to ensure only one page is picked up at a time.

Some jams can require patience and a gently hand to remove. Take your time.
