Hi. You said you ran the cleaning process. Did you run a nozzle check?

I've had this printer for ages, and rarely have had an issue (and never one this bad). Whenever I try to print some of my newer photos (edited in lightroom, shot in jpg), they are just green and yellow. I tried cleaning my printer, I tried replacing the ink, I even tried re-editing my photos in case the file was the issue, but nothing has helped! Today I attempted to print out a photo I've printed in the past (and has ALWAYS turned out fine), and most of it printed out okay except for a portion of the photo on the right side is green where it shouldn't be.

Oh, and the way I print has always been by putting the images in a flashdrive and putting it into the printer. I always print 5x7 on glossy paper, so nothing has changed at all. I did, however, leave the printer untouched for some months, and I'm beginning to think that might be part of the issue.

I'm attaching a print of one of my newer photos I've tried printing for the first time. It does this to all of my newer photos.
