I have 10 days try to start my printer unable to do I try to ceaner but unable .I try with diagnustic repair

and said no problem I donnot wat is the 2 error code driver,cartridge or need cleaner inside apreciate any help?

To try and resolve the error, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.
