    <description>&lt;P&gt;First I am certain the power supply and logic boards are functional. Second I have replaced my print cassette. Third I have follow all the various directives and directions associated with getting this printer functional again--with no positive outcome.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With certainty I can say that the pram needs a clearing and CANON knows how to do it. So CANON can you please tell me how to jumpstart the logic board so the memory is cleared. There is enough of this for a class action suit associated with planned obsolesence. PLEASE JUST HELP!!!!!!!!! Between still and video gear that I own that is CANON I deserve the correct answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And I WILL SAY PPPLEASE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;R&lt;/P&gt;</description>
