TR4720 Setup button

I just bought a TR4720 and was able to set it up fine. Today I got a message that I should update the firmware (I installed the printer just two days ago when new drivers were put in). The message gave a link on how to do this. The first instruction is to hit the Setup Button. There is no Setup Button on this printer - at least nothing marked Setup. What do they mean???

I just tried experimenting and hitting the # button gave a new message. Is that the Setup button?

The setup button has a screwdriver and pliers icon. Please see J in the picture listed HERE.
