topic Pixma TS5120 shoots out paper when trying to print from phone app in Desktop Inkjet Printers

I finally figured out how to print from my phone but it still doesn't work. The printer starts bringing the paper up and then stops, waits a few seconds, then shoots the paper out without printing. It's like it's saying, "No! Wrong paper!" But since the app won't give me the option to print on cardstock I have no choice! We're out of regular letter paper so I also tried using some thinner stuff of the same size that was bought by accident. Neither work. It's so frustrating getting these things to just PRINT when I need them to! Why should the thickness matter that much? I print on cardstock all the time from the computer so it must be the app. Anyone else?

Hi kk7,

When you attempt to print, what error appears on the display of your printer?
