      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just want to know why it does this every single time I install a new cartridge. All the cables are connected. It's checked and double checked. There is no connectivity problem that I can see. Why does this happen every single time? What is its problem?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon ink every time. Same situation with every ink cartridge. Powered printer off/on. Did no good. Even did the head cleaning, realigning -- with customer service support on the phone. Finally they just had me remove and reinstall the drivers all over again. Should not have to do this for a simple ink cartridge change!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
