    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 and am not able to scan documents anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printing works though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you let me know if there is a driver available to scan with Windows 11 ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi juliens,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PIXMA MG6220 is not supported with Windows 11.&amp;nbsp; You can try downloading and installing the Windows 10 driver, but please note that this is not supported and is not guaranteed to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Windows 10 drivers are available here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mg-series/pixma-mg6220/pixma-mg6220?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/support-inkjet-printer/mg-series/pixma-mg6220/pixma-mg6220?tab=drivers_downloads&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once that page loads, select Windows 10 from the Operating System drop down to access the available downloads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
