We have downloaded multiple drivers and have watched a few Youtube videos. It appears that this is a common problem with this Canon printer. We have a Lenovo with Win10 and a HP with Win11. Anyone solve this problem?

Ever since we upgraded our laptop to Windows 10, it won't print anymore. The laptop and printers are in two different rooms and are connected via WiFi/remotely. I checked to see if our Windows Defender settings were too high, but it is disabled b/c McAfee is running. I tried altering McAfee settings, but it still won't print. The error message I get is "Windows can't print due to a problem with the printer setup". The printer drivers are setup to run through the network/remotely/WiFi. This was never an issue when running our previous Windows software and has only become an problem since updating to Windows 10 and what ever settings it has/allows.
